I called on May 5th to have my services cancelled on May 18th after having troubles with them in the past and was assured by 3 agents that my service would be discontinued! However, a few days later I get an email that my order was canceled. I got online with another agent, who suggested it was a processing error and asked me to order again, so I did she tried to send me a shopping cart to work from but it was a nightmare. She suggested I call in to order, and tried that. For ANY call no matter how simple the work , they require you to hold open a 4 hour window for the tech to arrive, and give the tech up to 4 hours to complete his work.

The reality is that their work usually takes no more than an hour. The biggest mistake I had ever made in my life was to use their services. I called multiple times to get the problem fixed and every time i call, I get transferred 5 times. When a representative thinks they have fixed the problem, I have to call back a few days later for the same problems. Also direct tv cable is trash, the cable should not go out every time it rains.

I understand if it thunderstorms but when it just simply rains the cable should still be on. DO NOT get your services with them. You will regret it. Equipment went out at least 3 times a year so no tv or internet while I waited for days to have someone out. The bill would literally go up monthly. Not a word of that mentioned to me!

Hands down the worst cable provider, period. Internet goes out constantly, which means no internet OR cable. Essentially, makes your house unable to work in. Customer service is horrible. Have been trying to set up a hotspot for an hour now-keep getting hung up on as I mentioned before.

The price will not be what they tell you. They came out 5 times before they got my cable and internet on. It took two weeks before they could give me service because they had to turn off the current service. Then they told me they had to put in new wire.
